Once your session is booked, the time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be used for another client. Please ensure your availability at the scheduled time.

No-Shows:

If you do not attend your scheduled Love Coaching session or other service without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.

Technical Preparation:

Please ensure that your equipment (microphone, speakers, or device) is functioning properly before the session begins. We are unable to provide refunds for technical issues on the client’s end.

Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions not rescheduled within this time frame will be considered canceled, and no refunds will be given.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us.

• Confidentiality: All session details remain strictly confidential, similar to a therapist-client relationship.

• Information Use: We will never sell or share your personal information (e.g., email, phone number, or birth data) with third parties. Your information is only used to complete your order or send you newsletters and promotions (if you opt-in).

Any type of vulgar communication, foul language,  screaming, yelling or inappropriate behavior will get you banned from the site and the reader has the right to discontinue the call.   No refund will be given.
